All services are fully tailored to each building, but are available to all tenants regardless of which building they reside in.

Full-time staffed reception
A presentable and welcoming reception desk is essential for providing a five-star hotel experience in the workplace. There is a manned and serviced reception desk in each of the Quarter offices. Our hosts are trained baristas and welcome guests with a freshly brewed coffee, while providing tenants, visitors and staff with all the information they need. All members of our Hospitality Teams are easily identifiable and approachable and will always go the extra mile to ensure that everyone feels welcome and well served.
Comfort
Quarter Offices offers a workplace of comfort with the on-the-job experience of a five-star hotel. Our manager acts as the single point of contact for all stakeholders and manages the Hospitality Teams in all Quarter Offices. The manager ensures excellent service, a high level of comfort, access to all facilities and resolves any problems you may experience while working in any of the Quarter Offices.
An integrated approach
Hospitality, facilities and property management are fully integrated across all Quarter Offices. The InCharge manager monitors interaction, collaboration and a proactive approach to facilitating tenants, visitors, suppliers and guests.
Hospitality Teams
Each building has its own dedicated Hospitality Team that works closely together to achieve one mission: taking care of our tenants and stakeholders. Always abreast of the latest developments in and around the buildings, the Hospitality Teams know exactly what is going on and what the tenants' needs are. This allows them to anticipate the changing needs of the actual users of the buildings and provide them with the best service every day.
Meeting rooms
Quarter Offices's meeting rooms are located in Quarter Avenue and Quarter Podium, the ideal venues for meetings and business events. We offer spacious meeting rooms that can be booked through Hospitality Host. We also offer services such as registrations, parking, audiovisual equipment and food & drinks.
Food & drink
Whether you want a healthy snack on the go, taste a delicious lunch from a local entrepreneur or enjoy a high-quality dinner with customers; we have all the options! Our restaurant, food court and coffee pavilions are open to both tenants and the public. Keep an eye on our website for the latest offers and menus.
We Canteen
We Canteen works with more than 300 local entrepreneurs from across the country. Some have a food truck, others a restaurant, and still others a catering company. From hip and trendy to legendary and a household name for years, they have one thing in common: each specialises in a particular product or cuisine and has its own face, its own story and its own speciality. From Surinamese roti to Japanese sushi, from Dutch spinach to Spanish paella. In the We Canteen food court at Quarter Avenue, local entrepreneurs alternate the offerings daily. This is complemented by a wide range of fresh sandwiches, soups, salads and smoothies that form the basic offering.
Full-service restaurants
Lunch with colleagues, dinner with a client or a cold beer after a long working day. The full-service restaurants at Quarter Avenue serve breakfast, lunch, drinks and dinner. Enjoy high-quality food and drinks inside, or outside on the Podium terrace.
Coffee bars
Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee or grab a quick and healthy meal at Quarter Plaza, Quarter Podium or Quarter Avenue. Perfect for when you need to get back to the car, train or one of the Quarter Offices bikes quickly. Everything freshly made and well-packaged for on the go.
